McCormick Place Is Ready

McCormick Place was one of the first convention centers in the country to announce it was pursuing GBAC STAR accreditation, the gold star for the industry, which it achieved in August 2020. The accreditation means that McCormick Place has established practices, protocols and systems to reduce and control the risks associated with infectious agents such as coronaviruses.

PMMI and Exhibitors Are Ready

In addition to implementing and enforcing all protocols established by local and federal government agencies, PMMI will communicate with exhibitors and encourage best practices based on the latest regulations and industry standards for trade shows, such as designing booths to allow for physical distancing and sanitizing high-touch surfaces multiple times throughout the day.
